MSI unveiled the first “Dual-Core” mini system with the Wind NetTop D130 today. The MSI Wind NetTop D130 is equipped with the latest Intel Atom 330 dual-core CPU and 2GB DDR2 memory. Based on the origin of the Wind series, the Wind NetTop D130 using the same energy-saving power design can save nearly up to 90% on electricity. The full speed operation of Wind NetTop D130 is only using 35W of power. Compared to the traditional ATX chassis of 250W~300W, MSI Wind NetTop D130 can save up to 90% on electricity.
Other features of the MSI NetTop D130 include a built-in Super-Multi DVD burner and 7.1-channel surround sound output.
The MSI NetTop D130 looks like an ideal system to be used as a HTPC. No pricing and shipping date for the NetTop D130 have been revealed yet.
