HP Malaysia desperate looking for IT people?

I was surprising when I saw this ‘ads’ display on our blog recently.
Does HP really desperate looking for IT people? It’s very difficult to find IT people or requirement are too high in Malaysia?
I can easily found more than 120 job in recruit.net posted by HP for the last 30 days. In fact, many position are duplicate. As I know, HP have office setup in Damansara Uptown and Cyberjaya. So, what are you waiting for if you’re looking for job? Personally I won’t search any job either in Jobstreet or Jobsdb, I would preferred malaysia.recruit.net.
Why? The recruit.net system will allow me to search through most of the recruitment web site instead of browse each web site. Beside that, you can search by company, by dates, search suggestion, record job searches, manage alerts and get your search result by sending to your personal email.

HP is desperate cause the turnover rates are so friggin high it makes Yao Ming look short (sorry for the weird humor).
Part of the reason is due to the work environment there, I do not wish to state more for reasons of my own…but perhaps you can ask around people who work in it

I think HP pay is quite high for Deep Technical Support position right?

Well, HP pay is isn’t as high as you think it was. The working envoronment here is high and many things are not in place. HP seems like taking in all type of projects just to get profit instead of stablizing the projects in hand. If you were to ask any of them working in HP, most of the accounts (porjects) are in quite critical situation and mostly are under escalation mode.
I left HP because of that… the pay is low the increment also low even the bonus like nothing. HP Malaysia ia trying to play the big role of becoming the best HP centre throughout the asia or world.
Anywya, no restriction to anyone who willing to try the environment.

AGREED! TOTALLY AGREED!
Another thing is that HP management level seems like conquer by people who only know how to talks but no action.
