Firefox 3 To Be Released On June 17th

By Planet Lowyat - June 12, 2008

Mozilla has been announcing Release Candidates for Firefox 3 consistently for the past month. In fact, Firefox 3 RC 3 was just released earlier today. Hmmm… I’m just wonder why my Firefox 3 RC2 couldn’t found Firefox RC3 update when I click on check for updates.

READ carefully, FF3 RC3 contains a single change for Mac OS X users only; there is no change for users running previous Firefox Release Candidate versions on Windows or Linux.

An hours after RC3 released, Mozilla has announced that Firefox 3 will be officially released next Tuesday, June 17th.

Let’s wait and make it happen - Firefox Goes for World Download Record.
