I was surprising when I saw this ‘ads’ display on our blog recently.

Does HP really desperate looking for IT people? It’s very difficult to find IT people or requirement are too high in Malaysia?

I can easily found more than 120 job in recruit.net posted by HP for the last 30 days. In fact, many position are duplicate. As  I know,  HP have office setup in Damansara Uptown and Cyberjaya. So, what are you waiting for if you’re looking for job? Personally I won’t search any job either in Jobstreet or Jobsdb, I would preferred malaysia.recruit.net.

While we’re(Malaysian) talking about setup Google office in Malaysia recently. In fact, Google is considering establish the largest off-shore data center in Taiwan.

According to the Chinese-language Commercial Times newspaper reported by Digitimes

Taiwan Economic Affairs Minister Steve Chen indicated that MOEA is making efforts to attract Google’s investment but Google has not yet filed an application with MOEA, indicated the paper. The lot of land is located in an industrial park developed by MOEA, noted the paper.

According to DHL cyberjaya internal source, DHL (Deutsche Post World Net) the world’s leading logistics group global IT operations will outsource to HP Services on 1st July 2008. The source said this would cover IT operations in Prague, the Czech Republic, Scottsdale, Arizona, and Cyberjaya, Malaysia, as well as in a number of European countries.
